Job Description: Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:
- Participate in local networking for lead generation, create brand awareness, community involvement
- Identify new prospects within the State of Wisconsin, engage with potential prospects and win business
- Execute new business development calls, meetings and joint meetings
- Follow up with clients, PCW’s and vendors on sales process
- Attend community events and functions to promote Tongxeng’s mission, company and services
- Develop and plan marketing materials, activity, sales blitz monthly, quarterly and bi-annually
- Retain relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, facilities to facilitate collaboration to get desired results
- Meet or exceed established sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers through regular follow-ups and effective communication
- Join and attend area networking and chamber groups and their events to promote and build relationships
- Stay with industry trends, market conditions and competitors to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the team.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of leads, activities, customer interactions and sales cycle
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in outside/inside sales role
- Ability to be key face of the company, build relationships, and generate sales
- Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients effectively
- Must be comfortable with closing and asking for business
- Great time management skills
- Requires valid driver’s license, transportation and insurance as this position will be traveling 40-50% of the time
